OmeTV provides a free random video chat platform acting as an Omegle TV alternative. The Service utilizes WebRTC technology to establish direct peer-to-peer (P2P) connections between users. Because of the nature of P2P connections, your IP address may be exposed to the person you are communicating with. While we provide the platform, we do not actively direct, control, or take responsibility for the real-time interactions that occur between users.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, images, audio, or video ("Content") that you broadcast or share via the Service. To maintain a safe environment, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Broadcast Nudity or Sexual Content: Displaying nudity, performing sexual acts, or broadcasting sexually explicit content is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Violate the "Face in Frame" Rule: Your face must be clearly visible in the camera frame at all times. Blank screens, pointing the camera at walls, ceilings, or static images will result in a suspension.
• Harass or Bully: Engaging in harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward other users.
• Use Hate Speech: Broadcasting or typing content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• Display Weapons or Violence: Showing firearms, knives, or other weapons on camera, or broadcasting acts of physical violence, self-harm, or animal cruelty.
• Use Virtual Cameras or Emulators: The use of third-party virtual camera software (e.g., ManyCam, OBS Virtual Camera) or pre-recorded videos to bypass live webcam interactions is prohibited.
• Spam or Advertise: Broadcasting promotional material, spam, affiliate links, or selling services/products.
• Share Private Information: Doxxing or sharing personal information of yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, or social security numbers.

Zero Tolerance for CSAM: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. Any user found broadcasting, soliciting, or sharing such content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities worldwide, complete with IP logs and available metadata.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated artificial intelligence (AI) systems and human moderators to enforce our community guidelines. By using the Service, you consent to our automated systems periodically capturing low-resolution, blurred, or hashed screenshots of your video feed during active chats for the sole purpose of analyzing them for rule violations.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users. We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Decisions regarding bans are final.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated video and text streams), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OmeTV and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks, trade dress, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OmeTV.

6. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

OmeTV does not claim ownership of the video, audio, or text content you transmit through the Service. However, because the Service connects you with strangers over the internet in real-time, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to use the Service at your own risk. OmeTV will not be liable in any way for any Content broadcasted by users, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
